Returns & Exchanges

Zulu & Zephyr offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed to your original payment method.
